Estuaries

One thing I learned this week about marine biology is about the estuaries and how important the amount of salt in the water is. Nature a very delicate system, it is almost like balancing rocks on top of each other. I found it interesting that there are creatures that need to live in stress all the time, as if they never seem to catch a break. Then again, that is how the pyramid works; the carnivores are on top of every other creature. And of course humans take the cake on that, even indirectly. I also, forgot that sea creatures need oxygen which makes me wonder if they are in a constant state of discomfort since they can’t fully breathe properly depending on the water. I also wonder if the deep sea creatures even need oxygen since most tend to rely on debris.
